Please tell us a little about yourself, your background, and how you came to become Lenard’s Franchisees?
Richard has 11 years of experience previously working at Lenard’s Nightcliff and Lenard’s Hibiscus, and Sian has worked in various administration roles for 11 years. When we saw that Lenard’s Hibiscus was for sale, we thought we would take the opportunity to put our skills together and become Franchisees.
What do you love most about your local area and community? Have you always lived in the area?
We are Darwin locals and have lived in Darwin our whole lives. We love that the Darwin community is a vibrant and diverse place. The residents in Leanyer and surrounding suburbs are friendly and welcoming. Hibiscus Shopping Centre is our local shopping centre, so we feel very lucky to be able to operate Lenard’s in a great community area we know and love.
Any excited plans for the store and the local area?
We are very excited to bring back some favourite flavours and products! Keep an eye on our Facebook page for the updates of what products will be back and filling our windows.
What do you and your customers love most about Lenard’s
products?
Love that Lenard’s products are fresh, convenient and delicious. We love that they are handmade locally in-store and make dinner time a breeze. Our customers especially love the Kievs, they fly out the window!
Why do you think Lenard’s products are so popular and
have endured for so many years?
Lenard’s has endured for so long because the products speak
for themselves. There are new products to try and become new favourites, but the popular classic flavours always remain that everyone loves time and time
again.
