Pre-heat fan-forced oven to 220ºC. Line baking tray with baking paper.
Combine cream cheese, egg yolks, parmesan, mozzarella, thyme, lemon zest, salt and pepper, and mix well.
Gently roll pastry into baking tray. Score a border around the edge. Brush edges with beaten egg.
Spread the mixture onto the pastry, then top with asparagus and season with salt and pepper.
Place into oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the pastry is golden and cooked through.
Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
